Keiko founded Humphries Consulting, Inc. (HCI) in 2002 and has focused on providing training and human resource services to small and midsize organizations in the Southeast area - manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare, financial, electrical cooperatives, and local governments.
As an HR Professional, Ms. Humphries has worn the many hats of the HR Generalist: Executive Coach, Career Transition Consultant, Compensation & Benefits Expert, Employee Relations Strategist, Recruiting Specialist, Trainer, and Speaker. Keiko has spoken on topics such as Leadership, High Performance Work Systems, Pay, Ethics, and Productivity Tools.
Keiko was a member of the startup team for General Mills’ flagship High Performance Work System (HPWS) facility in Covington, GA. She developed state of the art HR systems including compensation (i.e. incentive, pay for performance, skill based pay), selection, and team structures. She also worked on the development of the corporate communication strategy for the largest acquisition in the history of General Mills - making it the 5th largest consumer foods company in the world. She developed a “turn key” process guide for facility closures balancing business requirements and positive employee relations.
She has worked in both union and non-union environments - developing productive working relationships in unionized environments through creative contract negotiations and contract maintenance as well as developing long term positive employee relations strategies in non-union settings.

Mark began his career supporting the human resource needs of manufacturing environments for Frito-Lay, General Mills and Avery Dennison encompassing union, non-union and headquarters environments. In his final role with Avery Dennison Mark provided HR leadership for the creation of financial shared service centers in US and Europe plus supported Officer-level executive compensation and the corporation’s international assignment program.

Early in her career she leveraged her technology skills with the United States Department of Agriculture as a Program Analyst. Because of her love of Information Technology, she soon moved from the USDA to International Business Machine (IBM) where she was the first African American woman in large system hardware programming. She managed system sites in the United States and Canada. Ms. Neal distinguished herself in her field and was sought for opportunities to work with employees with the University of Kentucky, Lancaster University, YMCA, and United Way where she received awards for her service working on projects such as CANDO – the first online job network for the disabled.
Ms. Neal focused her efforts in Human Resources, leveraging her graduate school work when she joined Weyerhaeuser Company and worked in all areas of HR including Information Systems, Recruiting, Labor Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Training. Her next stop was with Turner Entertainment as a Manager of Learning for Network Operations which lead her to Kaiser Permanente a unique medical organization with an integrated healthcare model. She found her home again in Human Resources and branched out into Organizational Development and expanded into the Diversity Management where she was the leader for the Georgia Region. With this vast work experience as her foundation, she began working as a HR and Training Consultant which allows her the ability to impact multiple businesses and help them optimize their most important resource, people, and increase the organization’s overall success.

Nathan graduated with Honors from the Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. As Student Body President he was no stranger to public speaking and building relationships. While working for the Rockdale County District Attorney and Georgia Law Enforcement he has built a reputation as a natural leader. He has garnished over 3,000 hours of training specializing in Administrative law, interviews and interrogations. Nathan has been routinely leveraged to provide testimony in criminal and civil courts as he is known for his thorough and reliable investigative skills when bringing expert testimony.
